Welcome to my fitness club! I help former, current, & amateur athletes exercise and eat like high-caliber professionals to achieve superior physical and mental fitness with my unique bodyweight fitness regimen and my hands-on nutritional guidance.

In my club, we practice a hidden art called "daeqido" that is a form of internal medicine based on breath and movement. No matter who you are, my primary goal in training you is to achieve "superior fitness," which I define as a state where the body holds the ability to create, maintain, and elevate its energy levels at a whim by means of a high-functioning cardiovascular system than can operate at super-efficient levels. The heart, lungs, blood, & vascular system are the most important components of the body to train. This level of fitness is the basis for high-level athleticism.

We reach superior fitness through consistent practice of a unique exercise routine that is based in isometrics, military calisthenics, and martial arts bodyweight mastery techniques. When combined with the proper nutritional guidance, the regimen is designed to heal, strengthen, and fortify the body internally and externally. With consistency, this exercise will yield lean, flexible, athletic bodies and eliminate pain.

I've worked with men and women of all ages and I know I can help you too, but my club can only support about 100 members. Space is limited! My 90 Day Daily Fitness Quest is designed to adapt to hectic schedules so don't worry about a bogus time drain.
